Procedure to Enroll
Online Application: Register at Camp Pros
By Mail: Complete the attached application and medical clearance
form, answering all questions completely and legibly. Clip
and mail this form with your camp tuition payment in full.
Upon receiving your completed application and tuition payment,
you will recieve an email confirmation.
Check-in, Check-out Procedures
Check-in at the Graves Mountain Lodge Campground from 1:00-2:30
p.m. the opening day of each session. The first on-field
session begins opening day at 3:00 p.m. Camp concludes
the final day of each session at 3:00 p.m.
Changing Sessions
Is allowed up until June 15, 2010 and as long as space remains
available.
Withdrawal
Our sessions do sell-out and slots are guaranteed upon receipt
of application and tuition. Enrollment is limited to 96
campers per session (8 teams of 12 players) to ensure a
highly organized format and optimal coach-to-camper teaching
ratio.
Full refunds are remitted until June 15, 2010. Those withdrawing
June 16th or later are charged a $100.00 space reservation
fee. A “no show” will not receive reimbursement
of tuition without advance notification.
Medical Supervision
A full-time athletic trainer is on staff to administer to
sickness and minor injuries.
