Airport and Bus Shuttle Service

The Best In Virginia Showcase Camp provides shuttle services for campers arriving in Richmond, VA by plane or bus. This shuttle only provides service to Richmond, VA and Hampden-Sydney College. Upon receipt of application and tuition payment, a complete shuttle schedule will be forwarded in your confirmation packet. Campers arriving by plane or bus should arrive the evening before session opening and depart the morning after camp closing.

Special Notes: Departure arrangements requiring use of our shuttle service must allow for a minimum of one hour travel time to Richmond terminals. Early arrivals and late departures are encourged as they allow for full session participation by the camper. Campers arriving early and/or departing late (in accordance with the above shuttle schedule) will be housed in the Hampden-Sydney dormitories utilized for camp at no additional charge. Meal service for early arriving and late departing campers is not provided. Early arriving campers should take care of their evening meal prior to shuttle .
